Leadership Training Programs

The Eur-Am Center at The Abbey of Pontlevoy provides an ideal location to host leadership training programs and retreats for sororities, fraternities and clubs. Programs may be geared toward underclassmen who are eager and willing to improve themselves both personally and professionally.

At The Abbey, undergraduates can experience a short or long term immersion in interactive learning that engages both the mind and the body. Previous participants have learnt:

1. How leadership is linked to character and behavioral values
2. How they can incorporate high-minded principles into a lifelong practice of learning
3. How to discover and utilize their full potential

A team of carefully chosen and intensively trained faculty, who share the belief in self-improvement, will facilitate the program and act as guides. Participants will learn from the facilitators, the other undergraduates, and from themselves.

The Program will unfold amid the splendor of Pontlevoy, France—an ideal setting for outdoor adventure, interactive learning and calm reflection.

The Leadership Training Program will push participants to think and act of their own accord, rather than just following a group. The experience will be a first step on a journey of lifelong personal enlightenment.
