France à Cheval

The riding camp at The Abbey of Pontlevoy offers a one-of-a-kind opportunity to see and learn about France. Girls from ages 10 to 15 will experience the beauty of the French countryside through tailored horseback riding lessons while visiting some of the country’s most magnificent castles and monuments. The adventure will also include a trip to Paris to see the famous City of Lights.

For 10 days, the girls will be immersed in French culture, with daily activities and events. They will have the opportunity to learn basic French skills while furthering their horsemanship. Activities are chaperoned by experienced staff members who speak both French and English. Horseback riding lessons are held at a fully-accredited equestrian center, taught by a state certified instructor. No other camp in the world even comes close to this incredible opportunity.

Camp participants are housed in The Abbey and meals are served family-style in The Abbey’s grand dining room.
